First time user?
- Log in using your UM or ICM student email address and password.
- Select a schedule on the main page or in the 'Schedules' drop-down menu in the top bar.
- Click on any white box to make an appointment. Fill out the appointment details and click 'Create Appointment'
- Find, cancel, or modify an appointment by clicking on 'My Appointments' in the top bar.
Content and Study Skills Tutoring
Individualized support for content and study skills in a variety of courses; academic reading, writing, and study skills support for undergraduate and graduate students and students with English as an Additional Language. Available online and in person at the Fort Garry campus.
Undergraduate Writing Tutoring
Individualized support on any undergraduate writing assignment. Available online and in person at the Fort Garry campus.
Graduate Writing Tutoring
Individualized support on graduate writing including course work, theses and dissertations. Available online and in person at the Fort Garry and Bannatyne campuses.
Course-Integrated Writing Tutoring
Writing support in specific courses with integrated writing tutors. Please use the 'Schedules' drop-down menu to find your course code.
For help: Send an email to academic_learning@umanitoba.ca. The Academic Learning Centre will respond to emails as soon as possible during office hours: 8:30 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
